Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies are, which technologies prodibiza.events actually uses and why no consent banner is shown.
Current status of this website
As currently configured, prodibiza.events does not use cookies or any other storage or tracking technology that requires consent.
The site does not set non-essential first-party cookies or any third-party cookies, does not save information in browser storage (localStorage or sessionStorage) and does not include any analytics, advertising, audience measurement or profiling tools.
That is why no cookie consent banner is shown: the law only requires consent for technologies that are not strictly necessary, and none are currently in use. Should that change, a prior-consent system would be put in place and this policy would be updated before any such technology is enabled.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They make it possible, for example, to remember your preferences, keep a session open, secure the connection or measure how a page is used.
Alongside cookies there are other technologies with similar functions, such as browser local storage, tracking pixels, third-party tags and device identification techniques. This policy treats them in the same way as cookies.
What prodibiza.events actually uses
The site is an informational page with a quote request form. The only mechanisms involved are those strictly necessary to display it and to make the form work:
- Website hosting and delivery service. Pages, images and fonts are served from the site’s own domain through the hosting provider, which may use essential technical mechanisms to deliver the content and protect the service against abuse. They are not used for profiling or advertising.
- Quote request form. The details you type are sent only when you press the submit button. No copy is kept in your browser. How that data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
- Self-hosted fonts and images. They are served from prodibiza.events, without relying on external font or image services, so your visit generates no requests to third parties.
- Decorative animation on the home page. It is drawn in your own browser using the device’s standard drawing function, for purely visual purposes: it does not read, measure or send any characteristic of your device.
None of these mechanisms stores information on your device or identifies you, so they do not require consent.
What is not used
To be clear, this website does not include any of the following technologies:
- non-essential first-party cookies or third-party cookies;
localStorage,sessionStorageor other browser databases;- Google Analytics or any other analytics or audience measurement tool;
- Google Tag Manager or any other tag manager;
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other advertising pixels;
- Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or other heatmap or session recording tools;
- tracking pixels on web pages or in emails;
- device identification or fingerprinting techniques;
- videos, maps, chats, players or any other embedded widget that sets cookies;
- personalised advertising, remarketing, or selling or sharing data for advertising purposes.
Cookie categories
These are the usual categories and the status of each one on this website:
Who sets them and for how long
As no non-essential first-party cookies or third-party cookies are used, there is no cookie whose owner, purpose or duration needs to be listed in a table.
The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. If its infrastructure were at any point to use strictly necessary identifiers for traffic distribution or service protection, these would be mechanisms essential to providing the service requested by the user, and they are not used for profiling or advertising. This policy will be updated if that situation changes.
Links to social networks and third-party services
The site includes links to WhatsApp, Instagram and email. These are ordinary links: they contain no pixels, embedded widgets or tracking tags, so they send no information about your visit to those platforms unless you click the link.
If you choose to open them, you will move to an external site with its own cookie and privacy policies, which are not under PRODIBIZA’s control.
How to accept, reject or configure cookies
As this site sets no cookies that require consent, there are no preferences to accept, reject or configure, and therefore no settings panel is shown.
In any case, you can control and delete the cookies stored by any website from your browser settings:
- Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy.
- Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
You can also switch on private browsing or block third-party cookies in your browser.
If cookies are added in the future
If analytics or advertising tools, embedded videos or other technologies that are not strictly necessary are added later, a prior-consent system will be put in place with the following safeguards:
- these technologies will not be loaded or run before consent has been obtained;
- a banner will be shown with the options Accept, Reject and Settings, with the same visual prominence and the same ease of use for accepting and for rejecting;
- no pre-ticked boxes will be used for optional cookies;
- your preference will be saved and can be changed at any time from a “Cookie settings” link in the footer;
- this policy will be updated with the details of each cookie and its duration.
