Privacy Policy
At PRODIBIZA we respect the privacy of our users and are committed to protecting their personal data.
This Privacy Policy sets out the personal data that may be processed through prodibiza.events, the purposes for which it is used, the legal basis for the processing and the rights of data subjects.
1. Applicable legislation
The processing of personal data carried out through this website is governed mainly by:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

Daniel Antonio Pereira Requena, owner of PRODIBIZA, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
3. Personal data processed
The information or quote request form may collect the data provided voluntarily by the data subject, including:
- Full name.
- Phone number.
- Email address.
- Type of event.
- Date of the event.
- Approximate number of guests.
- City or town.
- Venue.
- Planned times.
- Services requested.
- Any additional information provided voluntarily in the comments field.
Certain technical data required for the operation and security of the website may also be processed, such as the IP address, browser type, device, date and time of access and other technical logs generated by the hosting services.
We recommend not including in the free-text fields any personal data that is not needed to handle the request.
4. Purposes of the processing
The personal data provided will be used to:
- Respond to and handle requests for information.
- Assess the characteristics and requirements of the event.
- Prepare and send quotes or service proposals.
- Contact the requester where necessary.
- Take the pre-contractual steps required before a possible engagement.
- Manage the contractual relationship once the quote or service is accepted.
- Ensure the proper operation, maintenance and security of the website.
The data obtained through the form will not be used automatically to send advertising, newsletters or commercial communications.
Should PRODIBIZA introduce optional commercial communications in the future, a separate and distinct opt-in will be provided for them where required by law.
5. Legal basis for the processing
The legal basis for handling requests for information and quotes is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), as the processing is necessary in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to a possible engagement (pre-contractual measures).
Where a contract is entered into, the necessary data may continue to be processed for the performance of that contract and for compliance with the corresponding legal obligations.
The processing of certain technical data needed to ensure the security, availability and proper operation of the website may be based on the legitimate interest of the controller, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely maintaining a secure and operational website.
6. Mandatory data
The fields marked as mandatory in the form are required in order to handle the request properly and prepare a quote or service proposal.
If any of this data is missing, PRODIBIZA may be unable to deal with the request adequately.
7. Data retention
Personal data provided through a request for information or a quote will be kept for as long as necessary to handle and respond to that request.
Where the request leads to an engagement, the necessary data will be kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the periods laid down by tax, accounting, administrative and other applicable legislation, as well as for the periods needed to address any potential liabilities.
Once the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which it was collected, it will be deleted or, where there is a legal obligation to retain it, kept duly blocked for the corresponding period.
The website's technical logs will be kept only for the period needed to ensure its security and operation, or for the period set by the relevant technical provider.
8. Recipients and providers
PRODIBIZA does not sell the personal data of its customers, users or data subjects.
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties except:
- where there is a legal obligation to do so;
- where necessary to provide or manage the service requested; or
- where technology providers acting as processors are involved.
The providers currently used for the operation of this website include, among others, the following:
Netlify, Inc.
Provider used for the hosting and technical operation of the website.
Where forms or other services of the Netlify platform are involved in receiving or processing information submitted through the website, Netlify may process the data needed to provide those services in accordance with its terms and data protection agreements.
OVHcloud
Provider used for services associated with PRODIBIZA's domain and business email.
Communications sent to PRODIBIZA's email addresses may be processed and stored on the email infrastructure contracted with OVHcloud.
Providers acting as processors must process the data in accordance with the controller's instructions and apply the safeguards required by data protection legislation.
9. International data transfers
The use of certain technology providers may involve transfers or processing of data outside the European Economic Area.
In particular, Netlify, Inc. is headquartered in the United States.
Netlify states that it participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
In respect of this framework, the European Commission adopted Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023 on the adequate level of protection of personal data under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Netlify also provides for the use, where appropriate, of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, approved by Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, for certain international data transfers.
Any international transfers that may take place will be carried out in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and subject to the safeguards provided for by law.
10. Rights of data subjects
Data subjects may exercise, where applicable, the following rights in relation to their personal data:
- Access: to find out what personal data we process.
- Rectification: to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to request the deletion of data where appropriate.
- Objection: to object to certain processing of data.
- Restriction of processing: to request that processing be temporarily restricted in certain circumstances.
- Data portability: to receive personal data in a structured format and transmit it to another controller where applicable.

12. Automated decision-making and profiling
PRODIBIZA does not take decisions that produce legal effects concerning individuals or similarly significantly affect them based solely on automated processing of their personal data.
Nor is any automated profiling carried out on the basis of the information submitted through the quote request form.
13. Data security
PRODIBIZA will apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, alteration, destruction, misuse, disclosure or unauthorised access.
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to the requests received is limited to those who need to consult the information in order to handle requests, quotes and services.
Data submitted through the forms is not published on the website.
However, no system connected to the Internet can guarantee absolute security, so the measures applied will be reviewed and adapted whenever necessary.
14. Links to third-party websites and social networks
This website may contain links to pages or services operated by third parties, including social networks.
When you access those services, any processing of data carried out directly by those platforms is subject to their own privacy policies.
PRODIBIZA does not control and is not responsible for the processing of data carried out directly by those third parties.
15. Minors
The services offered by PRODIBIZA are aimed mainly at adults with the capacity to request quotes or engage services.
Minors must not provide personal data through the form without the involvement of their parents, guardians or legal representatives where this is required under the applicable legislation.
16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
PRODIBIZA may amend this Privacy Policy where necessary to adapt it to:
- legislative or regulatory changes;
- changes to the services offered;
- the addition or replacement of technology providers;
- changes to the website's features; or
- changes in the way personal data is processed.
The version published on prodibiza.events is the one in force at any given time.
